Customised Solution |
Our In-House courses start with a conversation. Our job is to make sure this conversation results in training that delivers the real solution you need.
We will work with you in advance to identify clear learning outcomes so the training is tailored just for you. Where possible, data/ procedures/ forms/ examples from your own process or organisation will be used to make the course fully relevant and meaningful to those attending. |
Proposal |
We will send you a proposal outlining all the details of your course including details on delegate numbers, course tutor, course programme and cost. |
Numbers |
Courses generally cater for between 4 and 15 delegates. Some accredited courses cater for slightly less. |
Date |
Courses are organised on a date to suit your organisation. |
Cost |
In-House courses are priced per course rather than per delegate. The cost depends on the course type, accreditation and the course length. |
Tutors |
A specialist Tutor will be identified to meet your specific requirements (all our Tutors are highly qualified, highly skilled communicators, with relevant hands-on experience which they bring to the training). Detailed discussions take place with your Course Tutor prior to the course to ensure all requirements are addressed in both course design and content. |
Interactive |
Our training is carried out in an interactive workshop style with course objectives being achieved through both group and individual exercises. Role plays, discussions, case studies and/or live audits will be used to help the material come alive, make it relevant to the participants work area and therefore, assist and enhance the transfer of learning. There will be an emphasis on action planning to encourage participants to proactively apply the new learning immediately on return to their own work environment. |
Manual |
A comprehensive course manual is provided to each delegate to use throughout the course and for subsequent reference. |
Feedback |
Each delegate completes a Course Assessment Form providing direct feedback to SQT on both the quality and effectiveness of the training. |
Location |
Can be held on-site at your organisation or at an alternative venue depending on your requirements. |
Follow-Up |
Free tutor follow-up is available via email/telephone on any relevant questions which may arise subsequent to training. |
